Afi is an experienced solicitor and has held senior positions in a number of firms including director and a head of department at several London City law firms within the Residential and Commercial Conveyancing sector, in which he has built a vast amount of expertise.
He is experienced in dealing with institutional lenders as well providing legal advice to a wide variety of bridging companies in respect of financing provided on acquisitions. he advises on all aspects of loan documentation, the structuring of finance as well as the suitability of security. His experience includes acting on the investment and financing of nursing homes, children nurseries, hotels, retail premises as well as share acquisitions and development funding.
Afi often acts for high-net-worth clients looking to buy and sell high value properties in prime real estate affluent areas. I also have worked on numerous Landlord and Tenant matters gaining experience which remains particularly relevant to the extensive leasehold legal changes which are taking place within the UK. My litigation background helps me to identify and avoid potential problems in transactional work.

Advising on whether a notice under s.5 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987 was required;
